With more than two decades of experience spanning automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, and defense, he brings a rare ability to translate operational discipline into strategic advantage. Known for architecting bold turnarounds and building cultures grounded in accountability and precision, Brandon consistently positions organizations not just to recover but to lead.
His leadership foundation was forged in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Harry S. Truman, where he oversaw mission-critical aircraft launch systems and earned multiple commendations for execution, safety, and performance under pressure. The rigor, decisiveness, and systems thinking developed during his service continue to define his approach: lean, scalable, and resilient operations built to perform in high-stakes environments.
Across his civilian career, Brandon has led greenfield startups, multi-site manufacturing enterprises, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. He has delivered measurable, enterprise-level impact: reducing cost of quality, eliminating multi-million-dollar supplier liabilities, securing flawless IATF and ISO certifications, and restoring critical customer relationships to top-tier performance. His expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence (OPEX) enables him to integrate quality into the core business model, accelerating New Product Introduction (NPI) launches while aligning operational systems with P&L performance, investor confidence, and long-term strategic growth.
Brandon is widely regarded for building both systems and teams that endure. He moves seamlessly from the shop floor to the boardroom, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a shared vision of operational excellence. More than driving compliance, he engineers transformation, bridging strategy and execution to create organizations that are structurally sound, competitively agile, and built for sustained growth.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and maintains certifications in Operational Readiness Management and Lead Auditing through the U.S. Navy.
