Throughout his career, Leon has combined technical excellence with strong leadership, empowering teams to thrive through trust, well-defined processes, and clear, open communication.
Leon’s work sits at the intersection of innovation and practical delivery. He has successfully guided development teams in creating immersive, high-performance applications across multiple platforms, including digital twins, augmented reality (AR) experiences, and 3D visualization tools that bridge the physical and digital worlds.
During his tenure with Capgemini, Leon managed the front-end engineering team responsible for delivering a large-scale Digital Twin solution for a major oil and gas client. He also led the development of a digital twin proof of concept for a global beverage company; an achievement that directly contributed to additional contracts and strengthened client trust. As an Engineering Manager at Unity, Leon directed teams of ten or more engineers in building diverse and impactful applications, ensuring both technical quality and team cohesion in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Beyond project execution, Leon is deeply invested in organizational growth and collaboration. He has led initiatives to define internal processes that enhance efficiency, developed strategic proposals for new business opportunities, and facilitated knowledge-sharing programs focused on VR/AR technologies.
