With 20+ years of experience in the software industry and more than 15 years dedicated to game development and production management, Andrew is a proven leader in driving complex, multi-platform projects from concept to live operation.

He has successfully led both AAA and startup studios through all phases of development, specializing in milestone planning, cross-functional collaboration, and developer community management.

Throughout his career, Andrew has managed large, distributed teams across engineering, art, QA and localization, using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies to deliver high-quality, on-time releases. At Electronic Arts/Glu Mobile, he served as Senior Project Development Manager for the MLB Tap Sports Baseball franchise, overseeing feature development, live operations, and licensing approvals for one of the industry’s most recognized mobile sports titles.

Prior to Electronic Arts/Glu Mobile, Andrew held key production and product management roles at Platform Science, Treeline Inactive and PlayNext/Aeria Games, where he led product roadmaps, compliance-focused applications, and mobile game launches on iOS, Android, and PC. His experience spans product strategy, process optimization, and team leadership, with a focus on aligning creative, technical, and business goals to achieve measurable success.

An Agile Certified Scrum Master and former PMP, Andrew combines strong communication and organizational skills with a deep understanding of development pipelines and live operations. He thrives in both structured enterprise environments and dynamic startup settings, consistently driving clarity, efficiency and team performance.

Andrew studied the areas of Vocational Paramedic and Fire Safety at the College of San Mateo and the areas of Music Production/Associates at the Skyline College in Silicon Valley, California.
