Amanda is a strategic operations and procurement leader who transforms complexity into coordinated, forward-moving execution by aligning sourcing, systems, and stakeholders.

Amanda brings structured operational leadership and disciplined project execution to Equitas, ensuring initiatives move from concept to completion with clarity, precision, and accountability. A strong planner and dynamic multitasker, she provides the oversight necessary to guide complex projects through every phase while maintaining timelines, documentation standards, and a consistent focus on client success.

She draws from her decade-long tenure with the U.S. Army’s Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), where she served as an Operations and Asset Manager supporting the Enterprise Classroom XXI Program. In this role, Amanda helped modernize classrooms across U.S. Army installations nationwide, overseeing program support from initial equipment procurement through full installation and sustainment. She managed high-volume deliverables, coordinated cross-functional stakeholders, and served as the Return Merchandise Authorizations lead, ensuring operational continuity and long-term program effectiveness.

Amanda’s ability to balance multiple priorities in fast-moving, high-accountability environments has made her a trusted project management partner. She brings experience in cost analysis, task management, customer support, and event coordination, supported by previous roles as a conference center coordinator, higher education program support specialist, and dental billing and coding professional. Across each position, she has built a reputation for strong communication, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to successful outcomes.

She holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and French Language and Literature, with a minor in U.S. Government, from the University of Virginia.
