A native of South Carolina, Denise Haden brings decades of operational leadership, strategic support, and a commitment to continuous improvement to Equitas.

As Head of Corporate Administration, she ensures seamless day-to-day operations through meticulous attention to detail and disciplined operational execution.

Prior to joining Equitas, Denise spent more than 30 years in the automotive industry, including a key role at BMW Manufacturing’s Body Shop in Greer, South Carolina, where she developed deep expertise in logistics, scheduling, and facility operations. She also served as Administration Manager at gogogreens, overseeing finance, payroll, and inventory management across four restaurant locations while balancing personnel oversight with strategic resource allocation.

Denise played a pivotal role at 2AM Group LLC as Accounts Receivable Manager, where she supported the company’s launch by helping develop its five-year business plan, company handbook, and financial structures. Supporting the Vice President of Responsive Services and the President/CEO, she demonstrated a rare ability to blend financial acumen with executive-level support. Earlier in her career, Denise helped establish Zeuna Stärker USA, a German automotive exhaust manufacturer, managing everything from facility development and infrastructure setup to IT, purchasing, and payroll.

Her experience also extends into economic development and government operations. At the South Carolina Development Board (now the SC Chamber of Commerce), Denise supported project managers assisting international companies relocating to the state. She later served as Events Coordinator for the Governor of South Carolina, managing high-profile events, international travel, and diplomatic engagements that supported the state’s global business relationships.

Denise’s leadership has been widely recognized. She was named “Woman of the Year” by the National Association of Professional Women (2010/2011), received recognition from the International Women’s Leadership Association, and served as a founding member of the Administrative BMW Supplier Council for six years.

A trusted operational leader with a strategic mindset, Denise continues to make a lasting impact through excellence, precision, and dedication in every organization she supports.
